Another Update

0 min read
So things have been going pretty well, busy but good. School is a lot of work, but I am almost 3/4 of the way finished. Yay! I can't wait for summer, especially now. There has been some talk with my trainer of me doing a working student position for the summer. I am psyched about that! It would be an awesome experience. Brownie has been doing well, and I think we are really getting along! I have been able to upload several new pictures after a long hiatus. I am still trying to get some inspiration, but mud puddles and blanketed horses just don't do so much for me! Haha. Enjoy!

New News!

Wow... A lot has happened in the past few weeks, and most of it has not been good. BUT that all happened in 2007, and I cannot wait to see what 2008 brings. In my horsey life, some of you may have known that I stopped leasing my beloved Appaloosa, *AG* and started leasing a 6 y/o Thoroughbred named Warrior. My friend was going to college and needed a place for him to go. It seemed like a win-win situation. Warrior was very green, but had a good mind and lots of potential. I would continue training him (with the help of my trainer) so I had a horse to ride and show. She won because he was first and foremost not standing around for four years

Slumps Suck

0 min read
I have honestly been in a photography slump lately. I feel a lack of inspiration and creativity. However, being back on DA I have felt a new sense of excitement again toward my photography. I am getting ideas and am exciting about my photography again for the first time in several months. Thanks to everyone here, you are the source of my inspiration! I'm hopefully getting out to shoot tomorrow so hopefully I will come up with some great stuff. Stay tuned for some new pictures! Amy
